
When I messaged her she says sorry for the mistake and has the item but never offered to send, then when I ask her if she plans to send that item she says she needs my address and typically can't create a shipping label without my purchasing something else, are you kidding me? It's your problem seller not mine, figure it out…. One order from June of 22 the seller sent wrong Item, I know what I bought and what description section says, I tried to message seller and no response… then in November of 22 I offered an amount for a set of hair products the seller accepted offer and then never sent order, now am dealing with another order that the seller only sent one correct item, description section says one thing and never sent part of the order.


Of all the orders I have ordered I typically have not had too many issues but over the course of 8 months 3 of the orders I have purchased have been frustrating.
